PropRefer processes personal information to operate our referral partner programme, manage property enquiries and pay commissions. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect account details, contact information, optional PAN/Aadhaar references, payout bank details, property requirements, activity records, support messages and device information required for security and notifications.

How we use information

Information is used to verify partners, contact referred leads with consent, match property requirements, record follow-ups, calculate and pay commissions, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal or tax obligations.

Sharing

Access is limited to authorised brokerage, sales, finance and service-provider personnel who need the information. We do not sell personal information. Lead information may be shared with relevant property sellers or developers only as needed to service the requirement and as permitted by law.

Security and retention

We use access controls, secure transport, password hashing and audit-friendly records. Information is retained for the duration needed to provide the service and satisfy legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.

Your choices

You may update profile and bank information through your account. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw marketing preferences, or ask questions through Partner Support. Transaction records may need to be retained where law requires.

Mobile notifications

Push notifications may contain lead stage or payment updates but should not include full bank information. You can disable notifications in your device settings.
