Referral Partner Agreement
Last updated: 2 July 2026
This agreement records the understanding between PropRefer’s operating brokerage (“Brokerage”) and an approved referral partner (“Partner”). Electronic acceptance during registration is binding.
1. Independent relationship
The Partner acts as an independent introducer and is not an employee, agent or authorised representative of the Brokerage. The Partner must not negotiate, collect money, make property promises or sign documents on behalf of the Brokerage.
2. Valid referral
A valid referral is a genuine contact submitted with prior consent and sufficient requirement information. The Brokerage may reject duplicate, existing, unverifiable, fraudulent or non-consensual leads. The earliest valid recorded referral ordinarily receives attribution.
3. Brokerage responsibility
The Brokerage will use reasonable efforts to contact, qualify and support the lead, recommend suitable opportunities, coordinate visits, negotiate and document progress. Commercial outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Referral commission
The applicable referral rate may vary by transaction and is confirmed in the platform. Payment is due only after the Brokerage receives cleared brokerage revenue, the Partner completes KYC and bank verification, and any statutory deductions are applied.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties will protect client, pricing and transaction information. The Partner may use platform data only to monitor their own referrals and must not disclose internal notes or commercial terms.
6. Conduct and termination
Either party may end this arrangement. Accrued valid commission remains subject to transaction completion and compliance. Fraud, harassment, misrepresentation or privacy violations may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture where legally permitted.
